Tenepride PM 500 Tablet is used to treat type-2 diabetes mellitus. Type-2 diabetes mellitus is a medical condition in which blood glucose levels are above normal due to insulin deficiency, insulin resistance, or both.

Tenepride PM 500 Tablet contains Metformin, Teneligliptin and pioglitazone. Metformin reduces the sugar production by cells in the liver and delays sugar absorption from the intestines; Teneligliptin works by decreasing the hormones that raise blood glucose levels and increasing insulin release from the pancreas, and pioglitazone works by helping the body make better use of the insulin it produces.

Tenepride PM 500 Tablet may cause certain common side effects such as stomach upset, hypoglycaemia, nausea, headache, and vomiting. If these side effects persist longer, consult your doctor immediately. Take Tenepride PM 500 Tablet as prescribed by your doctor.

Tenepride PM 500 Tablet should be avoided if you are allergic to any of its components. Inform your doctor if you have any liver/kidney disease, heart problems, and hypertension before taking Tenepride PM 500 Tablet . Before starting the treatment, inform your doctor about your medical history and the medications you take, including herbs and supplements, to rule out any side effects. Prolonged intake of Tenepride PM 500 Tablet may cause acute pancreatitis (swollen pancreas).
