In some cases, you may experience side effects such as polycythemia (high number of red blood cells), diarrhoea, indigestion, nausea, and headache. • Consult your doctor if you notice signs and symptoms of a blood clot in your leg, such as pain, swelling or redness or signs and symptoms of a blood clot in your lungs, like difficulty breathing or chest pain.
• Consult your doctor immediately if you notice/have changes in mood, suicidal thoughts or depression.
