Take the tablet daily after the main meal or as advised by a doctor. Swallow the tablet with a glass of water. Do not break, crush or chew the tablet.

- L-tyrosine is an amino acid that plays a key role in the synthesis of thyroid hormones. It is indicated in phenylketonuria (a birth defect that causes accumulation of amino acid, phenylalanine in the body) and for improving alertness followed by loss of sleep.
- Iodide is the main component of thyroid hormone and controls thyroid function.
- Iron deficiency impairs the metabolism of thyroid hormone. People with moderate to severe iron deficiency anaemia have lower T3 and T4 levels. Thus, iron supplementation helps to improve thyroid hormone levels and the efficacy of iodized salt.
