Tolaz LA 405mg/vial Convenience Kit improves mental clarity and lessens hallucinations. It is used to treat schizophrenia-related agitation and the manic phases of bipolar disorder.

Tolaz LA 405mg/vial Convenience Kit will be administered by a health care professional; do not self-administer. Common side effects include drowsiness, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, stomach pain, back pain, runny/stuffy nose, cough, increased appetite, weight gain, and redness/pain/swelling at the injection site. These side effects are not common for everyone. If you notice any side effects that are not manageable, please consult your doctor.

Drug-Drug Interaction: Tolaz LA 405mg/vial Convenience Kit may interact with opioid pain relievers (codeine, hydrocodone), anti-anxiety drugs (alprazolam, diazepam), muscle relaxants (carisoprodol, cyclobenzaprine), anti-allergic drugs (cetirizine), common cold medicines (diphenhydramine), acidity treating drugs (cimetidine, antacids), fits medicines (carbamazepine), antidepressants (fluvoxamine, fluoxetine), and anticoagulants (warfarin).

• Weight gain has been noticed in patients who use Olanzapine; hence, regular weight monitoring is recommended.
• Orthostatic hypotension is also recorded in patients using this medicine. Hence caution is recommended in patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. 
• Tolaz LA 405mg/vial Convenience Kit may affect blood glucose levels; hence it is advised to monitor blood sugar levels regularly while using Tolaz LA 405mg/vial Convenience Kit. 
• Timely monitoring of the cholesterol/triglyceride levels and Prolactin hormone levels is advised for the patient while using this medicine.
