Tolset Tablet 10's is used to treat muscle spasms. It consists of Aceclofenac (NSAID), Tolperisone (muscle relaxant) and Paracetamol (pain killer). Tolperisone is a centrally acting muscle relaxant. It works on the spinal cord and brain to relieve contraction or muscle stiffness. It also increases the supply of blood to the muscles. On the other hand, both Aceclofenac and Paracetamol inhibit cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzymes that further prevent the formation of chemical messengers called 'prostaglandins' (PGs). These prostaglandins are produced at injury sites and cause pain and swelling. By blocking the COX enzyme's effect, fewer PGs are produced, which reduces mild to moderate pain and inflammation at the injured or damaged site.

About Tolset Tablet 10's

Tolset Tablet 10's is an oral prescription medication primarily used to treat painful muscle spasms associated with musculoskeletal conditions. It helps relieve localized muscle stiffness, reduce swelling, and alleviate moderate-to-severe body pain. By targeting both the muscle spasm and the underlying pain, it helps restore physical mobility.

For best results, you should take Tolset Tablet 10's consistently at the exact intervals prescribed by your doctor. It is highly recommended to take this tablet with food or immediately after a meal to protect your stomach from irritation. Incorporating light, low-impact daily stretching and staying well-hydrated can significantly support your recovery.

While most people tolerate Tolset Tablet 10's well, some may experience mild side effects like drowsiness, dry mouth, or nausea. If you notice any serious issues, such as severe stomach pain, black stools, or a sudden yellowing of your skin or eyes, stop taking Tolset Tablet 10's immediately and consult your doctor.

Before starting Tolset Tablet 10's, it is crucial to discuss your complete medical history with your doctor. Do not take Tolset Tablet 10's if you have a history of active stomach ulcers, severe heart failure, or severe liver or kidney disease. It is also not recommended for anyone who has experienced asthma attacks or severe allergic reactions after taking pain relievers.

Tolset Tablet 10's can interact with alcohol, which increases the risk of drowsiness and liver damage, so you should avoid drinking while on this treatment. You must also check with your doctor before taking this if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, breastfeeding, or are an elderly individual, as special dosage adjustments may be needed.

How Tolset Tablet 10's Works

Tolset Tablet 10's contains Aceclofenac, Tolperisone, and Paracetamol. Aceclofenac: It is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that helps relieve pain and reduce inflammation by blocking the production of prostaglandins, the chemical messengers responsible for pain, swelling, and stiffness. This helps improve comfort and movement in painful musculoskeletal conditions. Tolperisone: It is a centrally acting muscle relaxant that works on the brain and spinal cord to reduce the nerve signals responsible for muscle tightness and spasms. This helps relax stiff muscles, improves mobility, and relieves discomfort caused by muscle spasm. Paracetamol: It is a pain reliever and fever-reducing medicine that works mainly in the brain to reduce the perception of pain and lower fever. It helps increase the body's pain threshold and provides additional pain relief when used with the other ingredients.
