Tool 20mg Tablet is used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction (impotence), benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). The detailed uses of Tool 20mg Tablet are as follows:

• Erectile Dysfunction Treatment: Tool 20mg Tablet is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men, helping to achieve and maintain an erection by improving blood flow.
• Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH): Tool 20mg Tablet relieves the symptoms of an enlarged prostate, making it easier to urinate and reducing associated urinary issues.
• Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension: Tool 20mg Tablet treats pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) by lowering lung blood pressure and increasing exercise ability in those affected.
• Increased Exercise Capacity: Tool 20mg Tablet helps PAH patients by improving lung blood flow, easing heart strain, and enhancing quality of life, allowing for better exercise capacity.
• Possibly Used for Raynaud's Phenomenon: Tool 20mg Tablet may help alleviate symptoms of Raynaud's phenomenon, improving blood flow to the extremities and reducing numbness and pain triggered by cold or stress.

Tool 20mg Tablet belongs to the group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitors. Tool 20mg Tablet is used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Sometimes, Tool 20mg Tablet is also used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs). Tool 20mg Tablet works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis; this allows the blood to flow into the penis when the person is sexually excited. Thereby, it helps to treat erectile dysfunction. Tool 20mg Tablet relaxes the bladder and prostate muscles, thereby reducing enlarged prostate symptoms such as difficulty in urination and urgent need to urinate. Tool 20mg Tablet used to treat pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs) by relaxing the blood vessels in the chest. This thereby increases the blood supply to the lungs and decreases the workload of the heart.

• Tool 20mg Tablet can be taken with or without food, or as advised by your doctor.
• It is usually taken once a day, or as prescribed by your doctor.

• Quit smoking.
• Consume 6-8 glasses of liquids daily.
• Avoid processed foods. Instead, choose whole, unprocessed foods.
• Include fruits, vegetables, and fibre-rich food in your diet.

Do not take Tool 20mg Tablet if you are allergic to any of its contents; if you are taking nitrates (used to treat angina), riociguat (used to treat pulmonary hypertension) or alpha-blockers; if you have heart problems or stroke, low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure, if you ever had a loss of vision. Inform your doctor if you have sickle cell anaemia (abnormal red blood cells), multiple myeloma (cancer of bone marrow), leukaemia (blood cell cancer), deformation in the penis, severe kidney or liver problems. Consult your doctor immediately if you experience loss of vision or hearing while taking Tool 20mg Tablet. Tool 20mg Tablet may cause dizziness, so drive with caution. Avoid consuming alcohol as it might cause increased dizziness. Tool 20mg Tablet should not be given to children, as its safety and effectiveness have not been established.
