About Torlog Plus Tablet
Torlog Plus Tablet is primarily used to treat Oedema. Oedema, or fluid buildup, is linked to lung high blood pressure or heart failure. It primarily causes leg swelling, accompanied by shortness of breath, chest pain, irregular heartbeats, and swelling in the hands or abdomen.
Torlog Plus Tablet is a combination of medications containing Spironolactone and torsemide. It works by increasing the amount of urine that is passed out from the kidneys. This reduces the heart's workload and makes it more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body.
In some cases, you may experience dehydration, electrolyte disturbances (potassium and sodium), headache, nausea, or dizziness. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention. However, talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.
Inform your doctor if you are suffering from any kidney, liver or heart disease. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please tell your doctor. Reducing the amount of table salt (sodium chloride) in your food often relieves the body's swelling.
