Torsiquest 20 Tablet is used to treat high blood pressure and oedema (a build-up of fluid in the body). Hypertension means having high blood pressure. High blood pressure can cause fluid buildup, leading to swelling in the hands, feet, and legs.
Torsiquest 20 Tablet contains torsemide, which helps the kidneys remove extra fluid through urine and reduces swelling caused by heart, liver, kidney, or lung problems.
In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects such as dehydration, nausea, dizziness, muscle cramps, or weak muscles. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention. However, talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.
