Tosscold-Plus Tablet is used in the treatment of common cold and flu-related symptoms. The detailed uses of Tosscold-Plus Tablet are as follows:

• Relieves cold and allergy symptoms: Tosscold-Plus Tablet helps manage runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes, and nasal congestion caused by colds or seasonal allergies.
• Reduces inflammation, pain, and fever: Tosscold-Plus Tablet block chemical messengers that cause body aches, headaches, and elevated temperature.

Tosscold-Plus Tablet combines paracetamol, aceclofenac, paracetamol, phenylephrine, cetirizine, and caffeine. Paracetamol inhibits the production of prostaglandins (chemical messengers) in the brain, which are responsible for pain and fever. Phenylephrine helps shrink the blood vessels in the nasal passage, reducing the stuffy nose. Aceclofenac works by inhibiting the effect of chemical messengers like prostaglandins (responsible for producing pain and inflammation). This helps relieve allergic symptoms such as sneezing, running nose, watery eyes, itching, swelling, congestion, or stiffness. 

• Take Tosscold-Plus Tablet with food to reduce stomach upset.
• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication, to ensure the safety.
• Swallow the medicine as a whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush, break, or chew it.
