Uphold Tablet 6's

Uphold Tablet 6's is used to treat erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation in men. Erectile dysfunction is the inability to keep a hard and erect penis suitable for sexual activity. Premature ejaculation is a problem in which a man ejaculates sooner than his partner during sexual intercourse.

Uphold Tablet 6's contains Tadalafil and Dapoxetine. Tadalafil works by inhibiting the phosphodiesterase enzyme, which breaks down cGMP and causes smooth muscle relaxation and vasodilation (widening) of blood vessels in the penis. Dapoxetine works by increasing the serotonin level in nerves, which improves control over ejaculation and hence increases the time taken to ejaculate.

In some cases, you may experience nausea, dizziness, vomiting, dryness in the mouth, indigestion, nosebleeds, headache, and flushing. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention. However, talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

Do not take Uphold Tablet 6's if you take nitrates (used to treat angina), riociguat (used to treat pulmonary hypertension), or alpha-blockers if you have heart problems or stroke, low or uncontrolled high blood pressure. • Consult your doctor immediately if you experience loss of vision or hearing while taking Uphold Tablet 6's.
• Uphold Tablet 6's is not intended for use in women.
• Uphold Tablet 6's may cause dizziness, so drive with caution.
• Avoid consuming alcohol as it might cause increased dizziness.
• Uphold Tablet 6's should not be given to children as safety and effectiveness have not been established.  
• Do not take Uphold Tablet 6's if you have taken an MAO inhibitor (anti-depressant medication like Isocarboxazid, Phenelzine, Selegiline, and Tranylcypromine) in the last 14 days.
