Vilfuro-G Inhalation Powder Capsule belongs to the class of medicines called 'respiratory stimulants,' used to treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma. COPD is a group of long-term lung diseases with emphysema (shortness of breath) and chronic bronchitis (inflammation of the lining of bronchial tubes), causing restricted airways. Asthma is a chronic (long-term) respiratory condition in which the airways narrow, swell, and produce extra mucus, leading to difficulty in breathing.

Vilfuro-G Inhalation Powder Capsule is a combination of three medications: Fluticasone furoate (a corticosteroid), Glycopyrronium (an anticholinergic), and Vilanterol (a bronchodilator/long-acting beta-agonist). Fluticasone furoate works by reducing swelling in the airways, while Glycopyrronium and Vilanterol help relax the airway muscles and open up the airways in the lungs. Together, these medications make breathing easier.

Vilfuro-G Inhalation Powder Capsule is for inhalation only. You are advised to use Vilfuro-G Inhalation Powder Capsule for as long as your doctor has prescribed it based on your medical condition. In some cases, Vilfuro-G Inhalation Powder Capsule may cause common side effects such as headache, fever, cold, runny or blocked nose, sore throat, hoarseness, cough, joint pain, back pain, stomach pain, and high blood pressure. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

Directions for Use

• Vilfuro-G Inhalation Powder Capsule can be taken with or without food.• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication to ensure safe and effective use.• Place Vilfuro-G Inhalation Powder Capsule at the base of the rotahaler/inhaler and twist the mouthpiece until you hear a clicking sound. Breathe deeply through the mouthpiece and hold your breath for 10 seconds.• Vilfuro-G Inhalation Powder Capsule is for oral inhalation only. Do not swallow the capsule.
