Vorispore Tablet 4's

Vorispore Tablet 4's is used to treat a broad range of infections caused by fungi and yeast. A fungal infection is caused when a fungus invades and affects any part of the body, including the mouth, throat, oesophagus, lungs, bladder, genital area and blood.

Vorispore Tablet 4's contains ‘Voriconazole’ that kills or prevents fungi or yeast by inhibiting an enzyme in fungi, which interferes with the fungal cell membrane's formation.

In some cases, you may experience common side effects such as vomiting, headache, nausea, abnormal liver function tests, rash, slow heart rate, and altered vision. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention. However, talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

Do not take Vorispore Tablet 4's if you have had an allergic reaction to Vorispore Tablet 4's or any of its ingredients. Vorispore Tablet 4's is associated with liver toxicity, including fatalities in patients with other serious underlying diseases. Vorispore Tablet 4's is a pregnancy category D drug, so it should not be taken by breastfeeding or pregnant women. Antacid should be taken at 2 hours after taking Vorispore Tablet 4's.

Vorispore Tablet 4's is used to treat fungal infections. The detailed uses of Vorispore Tablet 4's are as follows:

• Treat serious fungal infections: Vorispore Tablet 4's is primarily used for invasive fungal infections such as aspergillosis, candidemia, and infections caused by Scedosporium apiospermum and Fusarium spp., especially in immunocompromised patients.
• Manage esophageal candidiasis: Vorispore Tablet 4's is effective in treating esophageal yeast infections, helping reduce inflammation and discomfort caused by Candida overgrowth.
• Control fluconazole-resistant fungal strains: Vorispore Tablet 4's is useful against certain fungal organisms that are resistant to other antifungals like fluconazole, due to its strong inhibition of fungal cell membrane synthesis.

• Vorispore Tablet 4's can be taken at least one hour before, or one hour after a meal.
• Generally, Vorispore Tablet 4's is taken twice every day for the best results or as advised by a doctor.
• Swallow it as a whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush, chew, or break it.

• Vorispore Tablet 4's belongs to the class of medicines known as 'antifungal', containing Voriconazole, used to treat a broad range of infections caused by fungi and yeast.
•  It treats various fungal infections like invasive aspergillosis (fungal infection in the lungs), oesophagal candidiasis (white patching in the mouth and throat) and candidemia (a fungal infection in the blood).
• It is also used to treat certain fungal infections when other medications do not work for certain patients. 
• It works by killing or preventing fungi or yeast by inhibiting an enzyme in fungi responsible for its normal fat metabolism, interfering with the fungal cell membrane's formation.

• Do not take Vorispore Tablet 4's if you have been allergic to any of its ingredients.
• Vorispore Tablet 4's is associated with liver toxicity, including fatalities in patients with other serious underlying diseases.
• If you are suffering from liver disease, the doctor will lower the dose, and a regular liver function test will be done.
• Vorispore Tablet 4's is a pregnancy category D drug, so it should not be taken by breastfeeding and pregnant women.
• If you are suffering from a heart problem like an irregular heartbeat, slow heart rate or abnormality in ECG (electrocardiogram), please inform your doctor before starting Vorispore Tablet 4's.
• Exposure to sunlight should be avoided while taking Vorispore Tablet 4's as it makes you sensitive to the sun's UV rays, or use a high sun protection factor (SPF) while going out.
• Antacid should be taken at 2 hours after taking Vorispore Tablet 4's.
