Zestonac Gel 30 gm is a combination of four medications: diclofenac, methyl salicylate, benzyl alcohol, and Menthol. Diclofenac and Methyl salicylate are pain relievers that work by inhibiting the action of cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzymes, which produce another chemical called prostaglandin (PG). Thus, provide relief from mild to moderate pain and inflammation. Zestonac Gel 30 gm is only for external use. Apply a pea-sized amount to the affected areas with your fingers. Depending on your medical condition, you should use Zestonac Gel 30 gm for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you. In some cases, you may experience common side effects such as itching, irritation, redness, and a burning sensation at the application site. • Clean and dry the affected area. Apply a pea-sized amount of Zestonac Gel 30 gm to the affected area with your fingers.
• Wash your hands before and after applying the medicine unless your hands are the affected area.
• If Zestonac Gel 30 gm accidentally comes into contact with the nose or eyes, rinse with water thoroughly.
