Zyfsh R 75mg Injection belongs to the class of drugs called hormones used in the treatment of female infertility in women whose ovaries do not produce eggs and in women receiving treatments like IVF (in-vitro fertilization). Infertility is unable to become pregnant after trying for a year. Female infertility may be caused due to different factors affecting ovulation (release of an egg from the ovary), fertilization (fusion of sperm and egg) and implantation (fertilized egg attaches to uterus lining).

Zyfsh R 75mg Injection contains Urofollitropin which works similarly to follicle-stimulating hormone (natural sex hormone). Zyfsh R 75mg Injection increases oestrogen production that stimulates the development of the egg and mature follicle in women having ovulation (release of an egg from the ovary) problems and those undergoing IVF treatments.

Take Zyfsh R 75mg Injection as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take Zyfsh R 75mg Injection for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you based on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience headache, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, pelvic pain, hot flushes (sudden feeling of warmth) or inflammation of the throat and nasal passage. Most of these side effects of Zyfsh R 75mg Injection do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

If you are allergic to Zyfsh R 75mg Injection or any other medicines, please tell your doctor. Avoid taking Zyfsh R 75mg Injection if you are pregnant or breastfeeding and consult a doctor before taking Zyfsh R 75mg Injection. Avoid taking Zyfsh R 75mg Injection if you have tumours of the pituitary gland, hypothalamus, uterus, breasts or ovaries, vaginal bleeding, uterus fibroids, early menopause, malformations of sexual organs, cysts on ovaries or enlarged ovaries. If you experience weight gain, stomach pain, diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, difficulty in breathing, decreased urination or swelling in the stomach after a few days of taking Zyfsh R 75mg Injection last dose, please consult a doctor immediately as these might be signs of high levels of activity in the ovaries.

• Induces Ovulation to Treat Infertility: Zyfsh R 75mg Injection is used to stimulate ovulation (the release of an egg from the ovary) in women who are unable to conceive due to ovulation disorders, particularly in cases such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
• Supports In-vitro Fertilization (IVF) Treatments: Zyfsh R 75mg Injection is often used in assisted reproductive techniques, such as IVF, to stimulate the ovaries to produce multiple eggs.
• Increases Oestrogen Production: Zyfsh R 75mg Injection mimics the action of follicle-stimulating hormone (a natural sex hormone), promoting the growth and maturation of follicles, which in turn produce and increase oestrogen levels.

• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication.
• Zyfsh R 75mg Injection may be administered by your doctor, or you may be told to inject the medication yourself at home. Your doctor will train you on how to use Zyfsh R 75mg Injection at home. Check the label for directions and use it as advised by the doctor. Zyfsh R 75mg Injection should be administered subcutaneously (under the skin) on your lower abdomen, 1-2 inches below the navel, alternating between left and right and right sides.
• Rotate injection site each time to prevent skin problems.
• If there is any bleeding at your injection site, place a gauze pad over your injection site. Apply gentle pressure to stop the bleeding. Do not rub the site. If your injection site becomes sore or red, you may put ice on your injection site for a few minutes.

Avoid taking Zyfsh R 75mg Injection if you are pregnant or breastfeeding and consult a doctor before taking Zyfsh R 75mg Injection.
