NATRILAM 2.5MG TABLET is indicated as substitution therapy for treatment of essential hypertension in patients already controlled with this medicine given concurrently at the same dose level.

NATRILAM 2.5MG TABLET The tablet should be swallowed as whole with water and should not be chewed. The recommended dose is one tablet once a day, preferably in the morning. Take this medicine exactly as directed by physician.
NATRILAM 2.5MG TABLET . Amlodipine inhibits the transmembrane influx of calcium ions into cardiac and vascular smooth muscle that relax smooth muscle. . Indapamide works by increasing urine output and having an antihypertensive action.

Do not use if you: - are hypersensitivity to it - have hypokalaemia - have severe hypotension - have suffer shock (including cardiogenic shock) - suffer from obstruction of the outflow tract of the left ventricle (e.g., high grade aortic stenosis) - have haemodynamically unstable heart failure after acute myocardial infarction
