Directions for Use
- Read the instructions manual before using the device.
- Disinfect the device before starting the use.
- Insert the mouthpiece into the mouth. Inhale deeply and hold your breath for 2-3 seconds.
- Exhale for 3-4 times longer than the inspiratory breaths.
- Continue for 10-20 breaths or as directed by your doctor.

How to Clean?
- Wash all the parts of the device in a solution of tap water and liquid dish detergent, allowing the parts to soak for 15 minutes.
