To manage this, use a warm compress: Apply it to the area for 15-20 minutes a few times daily to improve blood flow and help dissolve the lump. Rotate Sites: Ensure your healthcare provider rotates the injection sites (alternating buttocks or thighs). Pain Relief: Over-the-counter paracetamol can help ease the discomfort. Please inform your doctor or nurse. They can inspect the lumps to rule out infection and suggest alternative injection techniques if needed.
