Betadine 2% Mint Gargle is an antiseptic and disinfectant used to treat sore throat. Betadine 2% Mint Gargle is also used to cleanse the mouth for preparation of the oral mucosa before any injection, dental surgery or tooth extraction. 

Betadine 2% Mint Gargle contains Povidone iodine. It works by releasing iodine, which effectively destroys bacteria, viruses, and fungi on contact. It helps reduce the number of harmful microbes and inflammation in conditions such as sore throats, mouth ulcers, and infections of the mouth and throat lining. This action supports quicker healing, alleviates pain, and helps prevent further infection.

Use Betadine 2% Mint Gargle as directed by a doctor. If accidentally swallowed, Betadine 2% Mint Gargle may cause stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, fever, extreme thirst, or difficulty urinating.
