You are advised to take Bonset CCF Tablet 30's for as long as your doctor has recommended it for you, depending on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects, such as stomach pain, constipation, muscle weakness, nausea, and vomiting. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

Drug-Drug Interactions: Bonset CCF Tablet 30's may interact with anti-epileptic (phenytoin, phenobarbital), thiazide diuretics, corticosteroids, tetracycline/quinolone antibiotics, chelating agent (penicillamine), anti-TB (isoniazid), cardiac glycoside, bisphosphonate, inorganic compound (sodium fluoride), supplements (iron, zinc, strontium ranelate), hormone (levothyroxine), enzyme (glucarpidase), folic acid antagonist (methotrexate, pyrimethamine, triamterene, trimethoprim), and oral contraceptives.

Bonset CCF Tablet 30's can be taken with iron or zinc supplements if advised by the doctor. Calcium might decrease the absorption of iron, zinc or strontium ranelate. Therefore, maintain a gap of 2 hours between Bonset CCF Tablet 30's and iron, zinc or strontium ranelate.
