Care XT Tablet contains Zinc Sulphate, Ferrous Ascorbate, and Folic Acid, which work together to support tissue growth, increase red blood cell production, improve oxygen transport, and help prevent iron and folate deficiencies.

Take Care XT Tablet exactly as recommended by your doctor. Swallow it whole with a glass of water; do not crush, chew, or break it. Care XT Tablet contains Zinc Sulphate, Ferrous Ascorbate, and Folic acid. It works by restoring iron levels and boosting the body’s production of red blood cells and haemoglobin, thereby treating and preventing iron-deficiency anaemia.

It is recommended not to take Care XT Tablet along with tea, coffee, milk, and eggs since they might interfere with iron absorption from Care XT Tablet .

Care XT Tablet is best absorbed if taken on an empty stomach. However, in some patients, Care XT Tablet may cause gastrointestinal disturbances, such as stomach upset or constipation, when taken without food. Please take it as recommended by your physician if you have stomach problems.

Antacids may interfere with the absorption of iron. Hence, taking Care XT Tablet two hours before or four hours after taking antacids is advised.

Zinc Sulphate may reduce antibiotic absorption, thereby reducing their effectiveness. Maintaining at least a 1-hour interval between Care XT Tablet and other antibiotics is recommended.

Before taking Care XT Tablet , inform your doctor about all your medical conditions and medicines, especially if you have kidney or liver disease, bleeding disorders, allergies, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have conditions like hemochromatosis or zinc toxicity, to ensure safe use and avoid potential interactions.

Care XT Tablet is not generally known to cause sleepiness. However, some individuals may experience sleepiness as a side effect. If you feel unusually sleepy after taking this supplement, consult your doctor to rule out any underlying causes or potential interactions with other medications.

The side effects of Care XT Tablet include nausea, constipation, diarrhoea, and stomach upset. These side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, please consult a doctor if they persist longer.
