1. Wet the bristles of an age-appropriate, soft-bristled children's toothbrush.
2. Dispense a pea-sized amount of the toothpaste onto the bristles.
3. Guide your child to brush their teeth in small, gentle, circular motions, ensuring all tooth surfaces and the gum line are covered. Brush for exactly 2 minutes.
