Dical-D Tablet 10's consists of Calcium (mineral), Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3), and Glycine (amino acid). Calcium is a mineral used to prevent or treat a calcium deficiency. Drug-Drug Interaction: Dical-D Tablet 10's may interact with antipsychotics (clozapine), drugs that treat high cholesterol levels (cholestyramine, colestipol), antibiotics (doxycycline, ciprofloxacin, penicillin, neomycin, and chloramphenicol), anti-cancer drugs (estramustine), drugs treating bone loss (alendronate), thyroid hormone (levothyroxine), weight-loss drugs (orlistat), fits medicines (phenobarbital), mineral oils, water pills (furosemide, etacrynic acid), and heart-related medicines (digitoxin).

Drug-Food Interaction: Avoid or reduce the intake of caffeine, soft drinks and alcohol as they may inhibit calcium absorption.

Drug-Disease Interaction: Dical-D Tablet 10's is not recommended in hypercalcaemia, hypervitaminosis D, malabsorption syndrome, and Vitamin D toxicity. Please consult your doctor for more advice.

Dical-D Tablet 10's is a dietary supplement that treats low calcium levels in the blood. It consists of Calcium, Cholecalciferol, and Glycine. When you don't get enough calcium and vitamin D from food sources and sunlight exposure, Dical-D Tablet 10's helps replenish those low levels.
Milk is considered to be the best source of calcium. You can take Dical-D Tablet 10's with milk.
Dical-D Tablet 10's is used to increase low levels of calcium in the body. Hence it is not advised to use Dical-D Tablet 10's during hypercalcaemia since it causes the overdose of calcium leading to kidney stones and other effects.
Antacids may increase the absorption of Calcium from Dical-D Tablet 10's. Hence, taking Dical-D Tablet 10's two hours before or four hours after taking antacids is advised.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is time for the next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and follow your usual dosage.
