Faa 20 Tablet contains Elemental iron, Folic acid, Cyanocobalamin, and Elemental zinc. It works by producing red blood cells and transporting oxygen to body tissues. It also promotes the growth and development of body tissues.

Faa 20 Tablet is best absorbed if taken on an empty stomach. But in some patients, Faa 20 Tablet may cause gastrointestinal disturbances like stomach upset or constipation when taken without food. So, please take it as suggested by your doctor if you have stomach problems.

Antacids may interfere with the absorption of iron. Hence, it is advised to take Faa 20 Tablet two hours before or four hours after taking antacids.
