Folic-BM Tablet is used to treat nutritional deficiencies. It is used to treat and prevent vitamin B12 deficiency, as well as folate deficiency and vitamin B6 deficiency. It helps in the formation of red blood cells and prevents and treats low blood levels of folate (folate deficiency) and high blood levels of homocysteine amino acid (hyperhomocysteinemia). Additionally, it regulates various bodily functions, including cell multiplication, blood formation, and protein synthesis. It may cause common side effects, such as nausea, stomach upset, diarrhoea, drowsiness, flushing, and numbness or tingling.
