About New Gabafenac Gel 30 gm

New Gabafenac Gel 30 gm is a combination medicine used to treat neuropathic pain, acute musculoskeletal pain, joint stiffness, neck, back, and shoulder injuries. Neuropathic pain is a progressive nerve disease which causes nerve pain due to a damaged or malfunctioning nervous system. Musculoskeletal pain affects the bones, muscles, ligaments, tendons, and nerves.

New Gabafenac Gel 30 gm contains Pregabalin, Diclofenac, Methyl Salicylate, Menthol, and Capsaicin. Pregabalin works by modulating the calcium channel activity of the nerve cells. Diclofenac and Methyl salicylate work by blocking the effect of chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation. Capsaicin exerts an analgesic effect by desensitising the nerve endings. Menthol provides a cooling sensation by dilating the blood vessels. Together, New Gabafenac Gel 30 gm helps in providing relief from pain.

You are advised to use New Gabafenac Gel 30 gm for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition. In some cases, New Gabafenac Gel 30 gm may cause side effects such as irritation and a burning sensation at the site of application. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.
