• It is also used to treat pain and inflammation associated with dental and minor surgery.
• Additionally, diclofenac is used to treat juvenile chronic arthritis in children aged 1 to 12 years and post-operative pain in children above 6 years.
• Jonac 12.5 mg Suppository contains Diclofenac, which works by blocking the effect of cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes. This inhibits prostaglandin synthesis and thereby relieves pain and inflammation.

• Jonac 12.5 mg Suppository should be used during the first 6 months of pregnancy only if necessary and advised by your doctor.
• It is not recommended for use in the last 3 months of pregnancy and in breastfeeding women.
