Lfson-MP Tablet belongs to the class of multivitamins, primarily used for managing and treating nutritional deficiencies.
Lfson-MP Tablet is a nutritional supplement containing L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate calcium, Pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6), and Mecobalamin (vitamin B12). When you lack these vitamins in your body, which cannot be recovered even with the food sources, Lfson-MP Tablet helps replenish these deficient levels. Collectively, Lfson-MP Tablet treats nutritional deficiencies.
Pyridoxal-5-phosphate in Lfson-MP Tablet may interfere with laboratory tests like urine tests for urobilinogen. Please make sure your doctor and the laboratory staff know that you take Lfson-MP Tablet before undergoing blood and urine examinations.
Avoid taking more than one multivitamin product concomitantly unless advised by the doctor. Taking similar nutritional supplements simultaneously can lead to a vitamin overdose or other serious side effects.
Antacids may interfere with the absorption of Lfson-MP Tablet . Hence, taking Lfson-MP Tablet two hours before or four hours after taking antacids is advised.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is time for the next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and follow your usual dosage.
