Matilda ER Tablet helps in the growth and development of cells, boosts the immune system, balances vitamin content and metabolism of minerals, and helps maintain a healthy central nervous system.
Matilda ER Tablet is a combination of Mecobalamin, Pyridoxine hydrochloride, and Folic acid. Mecobalamin helps in the proper functioning of the brain nerves and produces red blood cells. Pyridoxine helps boost metabolism and maintain healthy nerves and red blood cells. Folic acid is necessary for various bodily functions, such as the production of red blood cells.

Drug-Drug Interaction: Matilda ER Tablet may interact with anti-cancer drugs (altretamine, cisplatin), fits medicines (phenytoin, phenobarbital), antibiotics (chloramphenicol, trimethoprim), anti-Parkinson drug (levodopa), drugs used to treat tumours (fluorouracil), stomach related drugs (sulfasalazine), and cholesterol-lowering drugs (cholestyramine).
