You are not recommended to take Metafer XT Syrup with phenytoin as co-administration of these two medicines may reduce the concentration of Metafer XT Syrup in blood and increase the risk of seizures (fits). However, please consult a doctor before taking Metafer XT Syrup with phenytoin.
