Micob SL Tablet is used to treat and prevent nutritional deficiencies. A nutritional deficiency occurs when the body does not absorb or get enough nutrients from food. Micob SL Tablet helps in the growth and development of cells, boosts the immune system, balances vitamin content and metabolism of minerals, and helps maintain a healthy central nervous system.
Micob SL Tablet is a combination of Mecobalamin, Pyridoxine hydrochloride, and Folic acid. Mecobalamin helps in the proper functioning of the brain nerves and produces red blood cells. Pyridoxine helps boost metabolism and maintain healthy nerves and red blood cells. Folic acid is necessary for various bodily functions, such as the production of red blood cells.
In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects, such as stomach upset, bloating, diarrhoea, nausea, and vomiting. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

Micob SL Tablet is used to manage and treat Nutritional deficiencies, anaemia, folate deficiency, Vitamin B12 deficiency and Vitamin B6 deficiency.
Micob SL Tablet is a vitamin supplement and consists of Folic acid, Pyridoxine HCl (vitamin B6) and Methylcobalamin (vitamin B12). When you lack these vitamins in your body, which cannot be recovered even with the food sources, Micob SL Tablet helps in normalising these deficient levels. Collectively, Micob SL Tablet treats nutritional deficiencies.
Folate deficiency occurs when your body lacks adequate folic acid/folate levels. You can overcome this deficiency by including food sources rich in folic acid like broccoli, brussels sprouts, leafy green vegetables, cabbage, kale, spring greens, spinach, peas, chickpeas, kidney beans, liver (avoid this during pregnancy) and breakfast cereals fortified with folic acid. If your folic acid levels are still low, your doctor may suggest its supplements.
Pyridoxine in Micob SL Tablet may interfere with laboratory tests like urine test for urobilinogen. Please make sure your doctor and the laboratory staff know that you take Micob SL Tablet before undergoing any blood and urine examinations.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is time for the next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and follow your usual dosage.
Micob SL Tablet side effects include nausea, stomach upset, diarrhoea, drowsiness, flushing, and numbness/tingling. These side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. Consult the doctor if any of these side effects persist or worsen.
