Niadrive 375mg Tablet belongs to the group of medicines called vitamins used to prevent and treat vitamin deficiencies. How does the drug interact with Niadrive 375mg Tablet:
Combining atorvastatin with Niadrive 375mg Tablet may raise the risk of rhabdomyolysis, (an uncommon illness that leads to the destruction of skeletal muscle tissue). If you are elderly or have preexisting kidney disease, you may be at higher risk. This interaction is only relevant if you are taking large doses of Niadrive 375mg Tablet to treat high cholesterol. It does not apply if you are taking Niadrive 375mg Tablet in nutritional supplement amounts.

How to manage the interaction:
Taking atorvastatin and Niadrive 375mg Tablet together can possibly result in an interaction, it can be taken if your doctor has advised it. However, if you happen to experience, unexplained muscle pain, tenderness, weakness, fever, dark coloured urine, light coloured stools, you are advised to seek immediate medical attention. Do not discontinue any medications without consulting a doctor.
