Oroclear 0.5% Mint Flavour Mouth Spray is an antiseptic and disinfectant used to treat sore throat. It also treats and prevents infections of the mouth and throat lining, such as gingivitis (inflammation of the gums) and mouth ulcers. Oroclear 0.5% Mint Flavour Mouth Spray is also used to cleanse the mouth for preparation of the oral mucosa before any injection, dental surgery or tooth extraction.

Oroclear 0.5% Mint Flavour Mouth Spray contains Povidone iodine. It works by inhibiting the growth of infection-causing microbes. As a small molecule, iodine can easily penetrate microorganisms and oxidise essential proteins, nucleotides, and fatty acids, leading to cell death. It is effective against bacteria, fungi, viruses, and protozoa.

Use Oroclear 0.5% Mint Flavour Mouth Spray as directed by a doctor. Oroclear 0.5% Mint Flavour Mouth Spray may cause common side effects, such as mouth or throat irritation, dryness of the mouth and throat, and a burning sensation.
