About Ovamyo Plus Tablet

Ovamyo Plus Tablet is a vitamin supplement used in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). Polycystic ovarian syndrome is an endocrine disorder common in women of reproductive age, characterised by menstrual abnormalities.

Ovamyo Plus Tablet contains myo-inositol, cholecalciferol, and folic acid. Ovamyo Plus Tablet improves fertility and reduces the risk of anovulation (absence of the ovulation process). Together, Ovamyo Plus Tablet helps in treating PCOS.

In some cases, Ovamyo Plus Tablet may cause certain common side effects such as stomach pain, nausea and tiredness. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if these side effects persist or worsen.

Take Ovamyo Plus Tablet as recommended. It is advised not to take more than the recommended dose of medicine. Ovamyo Plus Tablet can be taken with or without food. Mix the contents with water before consuming.

Avoid taking Ovamyo Plus Tablet if allergic to any of its components. Keep your physician informed if you suffer from kidney problems, diabetes, phenylketonuria, hypercalcemia, pernicious anaemia or have been immobilised for some time. What if I have taken an overdose of Ovamyo Plus Tablet

Do not take more than the prescribed dose. Using more medication will not improve your symptoms; instead, it may cause serious side effects or poisoning. If you suspect that you may have overdosed on Ovamyo Plus Tablet or observe any side effects, please go to the emergency department of the closest hospital or nursing home. No specific side effects have been reported under these circumstances.

  • Avoid taking Ovamyo Plus Tablet if allergic to any of its components.
