Gambogia, also known as Gummi Gutti, is a valuable homoeopathic medicine derived from the resinous gum of the Garcinia morella tree, a species native to China. Belonging to the Guttiferæ family, this medicine is primarily used for its intense and specific action on the gastro-intestinal tract.
