Skymoist Eye Drops 10 ml is used in the treatment of Dry eyes. The detailed uses of Skymoist Eye Drops 10 ml are as follows:

• Lubricates the eyes: Skymoist Eye Drops 10 ml acts as an artificial tear to relieve dryness, irritation, and burning sensations.
• Protects against environmental irritants: Skymoist Eye Drops 10 ml offers relief from discomfort caused by wind, sun, or prolonged screen exposure.
• Supports tear film stability: Skymoist Eye Drops 10 ml helps maintain moisture on the eye surface by reducing tear evaporation.

Skymoist Eye Drops 10 ml is a combination of two drugs: Glycerin and Sodium carboxymethylcellulose. Skymoist Eye Drops 10 ml is used to provide temporary relief from irritation, burning sensation, and discomfort due to dryness of the eye or due to irritation from wind and sun. Skymoist Eye Drops 10 ml may also help to protect the eyes from further irritation. Skymoist Eye Drops 10 ml acts as a lubricant that provides relief from burning sensation, dryness and discomfort. 

• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication to ensure safety.
• Lie down and tilt your head backwards. Pull your lower eyelid gently with your index finger to form a pocket. Instil the number of drops advised by the doctor into the pocket of the lower eyelid. Close your eyes for 1-2 minutes.
• Do not touch the tip of the dropper to prevent contamination.

• Wash your hands regularly. Avoid touching the eyes with dirty hands. 

• Avoid rubbing the eyes.

• Avoid sharing eye-makeup such as eyeliner, mascara or kohl.

• Always use clean towels or tissues to wipe your eyes and face.

• Regularly wash and change the pillow-cases.

• If you wear contact lens: Clean and replace contact lens more often. Never share contact lens. Always wash your hands before inserting and after removing the contact lens. 

• Avoid staring at the digital screens for longer durations. Rest your eyes for every 20 minutes.

• Blink regularly as it helps in the spread of hydrating substances such as mucus and tears across the eyes.

Do not use Skymoist Eye Drops 10 ml if you are allergic to any of its contents. Talk to your doctor if the irritation persists or worsens despite using Skymoist Eye Drops 10 ml for 3 days. Inform your doctor if you have high closed-angle glaucoma, high blood pressure, diabetes, eye infection or injury, hyperthyroidism, heart, kidney or liver problems. Consult your doctor before using Skymoist Eye Drops 10 ml if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Skymoist Eye Drops 10 ml should be used in children only if advised by the doctor.
