T-Heal Capsule is used in the treatment of tendonitis and osteoarthritis. It helps in the maintenance of joints, muscles, cartilage, the integrity of joints, bone health, and joint pain. About T-Heal Capsule

T-Heal Capsule belongs to the group of nutritional supplements used to manage conditions such as tendonitis and osteoarthritis. It helps strengthen bones, promotes bone growth, and enhances wound repair. It may also help fight various infections and slow down the effects of ageing. 

T-Heal Capsule contains Collagen Type I, Mucopolysaccharides and Vitamin C, which strengthens bones, muscles and joints by helping with the production of bone cartilage and providing lubrication to joints and bones. It also helps enhance immunity and aids in strengthening the natural defences of the body. T-Heal Capsule is also a potent antioxidant that protects cells from oxidative damage by free radicals and thus helps fight signs of ageing as well.

T-Heal Capsule does not generally cause any side effects. In very rare cases, T-Heal Capsule may cause side effects such as mild loss of appetite and nausea. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. 

Inform the physician if you are allergic to any of its components. Keep your physician informed if you suffer from any kidney problems, diabetes, hypercalcaemia, a type of anaemia caused by G6PD deficiency and/or kidney stones.  Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to get pregnant, or breastfeeding.   • Load up on oily fish, egg yolks, spinach, broccoli, salmon and orange juice to enhance bone strength.
  • Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
  • Weight-bearing exercises such as brisk walking, jogging, tennis, or even dancing can be very useful in promoting overall bone health. However, do not overexert yourself if you feel too tired or suffer from severely brittle bones. 
  • Muscle training activities such as yoga and Pilates can also be very helpful.
  • Spend time under the sun (however, with proper sunscreen) for quality Vitamin D intake.
  • Limit alcohol and caffeine consumption and stop smoking, as these may hurt bone health. Smokers tend to have lower bone density than non-smokers.
