Tonoferon SF Capsule is effective in preventing and treating nutritional anaemia-iron/folate deficiency. It is also indicated in iron deficiency states, depleted bone marrow iron (ferritin) stores during periods of increased physical growth & physiological demand such as in pregnancy, childhood & adolescence, recovery from chronic illnesses like TB, malaria, kidney & liver disease, etc, and heavy/chronic blood loss e.g. after surgery, bleeding piles, gynaecological disorders (from menarche to menopause), etc and old age. Tonoferon SF Capsule contains ferrous succinate, succinic acid, and folic acid. It aids the formation of red blood cells and manages low folate levels.
Swallow the capsule as a whole with water; do not crush or chew it.
