Without a strong wall, the bacteria die. Pyrazinamide specifically targets bacteria living in highly acidic environments inside your body's immune cells. It disrupts their energy production, weakening them so they cannot survive. In addition, physical stress, weight loss, poor nutrition, emotional stress, and the body's response to a long-term illness can also contribute to missed periods during treatment. Anti-tubercular treatment (ATT) medicines are generally important and should not be stopped without medical advice. Although these medicines are not the most common direct cause of missed periods, the illness and overall stress on the body during treatment can affect the cycle. Trac-4 Tablet is a combination of four anti-tuberculosis drugs, namely: Rifampicin, isoniazid, pyrazinamide, and ethambutol. Trac-4 Tablet works by killing the bacteria named Mycobacterium tuberculosis which causes TB (tuberculosis).
