About Wokadine Sore Throat Gargle

Wokadine Sore Throat Gargle is an antiseptic and disinfectant used to treat sore throat. It also treats and prevents infections of the mouth and throat lining, such as gingivitis (inflammation of the gums) and mouth ulcers. Wokadine Sore Throat Gargle is also used to cleanse the mouth for preparation of the oral mucosa before any injection, dental surgery or tooth extraction.

Wokadine Sore Throat Gargle contains Povidone iodine. It works by inhibiting the growth of infection-causing microbes. As a small molecule, iodine can easily penetrate microorganisms and oxidise essential proteins, nucleotides, and fatty acids, leading to cell death. It is effective against bacteria, fungi, viruses, and protozoa.

Use Wokadine Sore Throat Gargle as directed by a doctor. Wokadine Sore Throat Gargle may cause common side effects, such as mouth or throat irritation, dryness of the mouth and throat, and a burning sensation. These side effects gradually resolve over time and do not require medical attention. However, if the side effects persist longer, please seek medical help.
