Taking too much Zedocal-HD Tablet 15's can lead to high blood calcium levels (hypercalcaemia). Symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, constipation, stomach pain, frequent urination, increased thirst, weakness, tiredness, confusion, or irregular heartbeat. These signs can be severe, so if you suspect an overdose or have any of these symptoms, go to the nearest hospital emergency room or contact your doctor immediately.

Diet & Lifestyle Advise

  • Include dairy products like milk, yoghurt, cheese or milk-based custard in your diet.
  • Eat a serving of broccoli, cabbage, bok choy, spinach, and other green leafy vegetables daily.

  • Snack on calcium-rich nuts like Brazil nuts or almonds.
