About ACETIC ACID

ACETIC ACID is indicated in the treatment of superficial infections of the external auditory canal caused by bacteria or fungus. An ear infection occurs when fungi or bacteria affect the ear, leading to pain and inflammation.
 
ACETIC ACID contains ‘Acetic acid’, which has antibacterial and anti-fungal properties. It works by stopping the growth of fungi and bacteria.
 
In some cases, ACETIC ACID may cause side effects such as mild stinging or burning sensation and local irritation. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.
 
Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before using this medicine. ACETIC ACID is not recommended for children below 3 years as efficacy and safety have not been established. Do not touch the tip of the dropper, as it may contaminate the contents.
