CAMPHOR+CAPSAICIN+DICLOFENAC+MENTHOL is a topical analgesic (pain killer) medication primarily used to relieve joint pain, low back pain, sprains, strains, and muscular pain. Also, CAMPHOR+CAPSAICIN+DICLOFENAC+MENTHOL is used to reduce pain and swelling in muscles and joints in conditions such as osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Arthritis is a condition that causes swelling of one or more joints resulting in pain and stiffness of joints that worsen over time.
CAMPHOR+CAPSAICIN+DICLOFENAC+MENTHOL is a combination of four drugs namely: Diclofenac (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug), Capsaicin (analgesic), Menthol (cooling agent), and Camphor (mild pain reliever). Diclofenac works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain responsible for causing pain and symptoms of inflammation such as redness and swelling. Capsaicin works by blocking pain signals to the nerves and relieves minor pain in the joints and muscles. Menthol works initially by cooling the skin followed by warming it up. - Maintain healthy body weight as obesity may also cause joint pain. Do not go for heavy exercise as it may increase joint pain in arthritis. Instead, you can do stretching, low impact aerobic exercises like walking on a treadmill, bike riding, and swimming. You can also strengthen your muscles by lifting light weights.
