DAPOXETINE+TADALAFIL is a combination drug containing 'impotent agents', primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) and premature ejaculation in men. DAPOXETINE+TADALAFIL contains Tadalafil and Dapoxetine used to treat premature ejaculation in men. Tadalafil works by inhibiting the phosphodiesterase enzyme, which leads to the breakdown of cGMP and causes relaxation of smooth muscles and vasodilation (widening) of blood vessels in the penis. Drug-Food Interactions: Avoid consumption of alcohol as it may temporarily impair your ability to get an erection. Also, do not take St John's wort plant (a natural remedy to treat depression).
