Dexamethasone is a steroid that reduces inflammation and symptoms associated with infection, such as redness and irritation. Polymyxin B is bactericidal that works by killing the bacterial cell by preventing bacterial cell walls' formation essential for survival. Together POLYMYXIN B+CHLORAMPHENICOL+DEXAMETHASONE prevent the spread of eye and ear infections caused by a wide range of gram-negative bacteria causing eye/ear infections.

Directions for Use

Eye drops: Tilt your head back and pull your lower eyelid downwards and outwards. Gently squeeze the dropper and put the eye drops inside the eye/eyes. Blink a few times to spread the medication inside your eye. Ear drops: Do not touch the dropper; hold it close to the ear by tilting your head to the side. Gently squeeze the dropper and put the ear drops inside the ear. Keep your head tilted for a minute to let the drops soak in.
