Sedatives and Sleep Medicines: Taking this medicine with other drugs that cause drowsiness can worsen coordination and cause severe sleepiness.
Medicines affecting heart rhythm: Combining this medicine with drugs that alter your heart rate can increase the risk of serious heart rhythm problems.
Serotonergic drugs: Taking other medicines that increase serotonin (such as certain migraine drugs or other antidepressants) can cause a dangerous buildup of serotonin in the body.
