  • Other seizure medications (e.g., phenytoin, phenobarbital): Taking OXEPIN 300MG TABLET with certain anti-seizure medicines may alter the blood levels of either medication, which can affect seizure control or increase the risk of side effects. Your doctor may need to monitor drug levels or adjust doses.
  • Hormonal contraceptives: OXEPIN 300MG TABLET may reduce the effectiveness of hormonal birth control methods, including oral contraceptive pills, patches, implants, and some vaginal rings. This may increase the risk of unintended pregnancy, and additional or alternative contraceptive methods may be recommended.
  • Diuretics (water pills): Using OXEPIN 300MG TABLET together with diuretics may increase the risk of developing low sodium levels in the blood (hyponatraemia), which can become serious and require medical attention.
