I gently suggest taking a home pregnancy test first to rule that out. Since these symptoms are not a medical emergency, you do not need to rush to the hospital right away. However, it is a good idea to contact your prescribing doctor in the next few days to discuss these symptoms and see if any treatment adjustments are needed.
