Medicines affecting liver enzymes: Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (such as ketoconazole) may increase Tofci Tablet 10's levels, while strong CYP3A4 inducers (such as rifampicin) may reduce its effectiveness. Your doctor may adjust your dose if necessary.
