How to Prepare Aptamil Stage 2 Milk Powder: Unboiled water, unsterilized bowls, or incorrect dilution can make your baby ill. Prepare only one feed at a time. 1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap. Clean and sterilise the feeding bowl and spoon by boiling them in water for 10 minutes. 2. Boil fresh, safe drinking water for 5 minutes and allow it to cool down to a lukewarm temperature (approx. 40°C). 3. Pour the exact amount of lukewarm water into the sterilised feeding bowl as per the feeding table. 4. Use only the scoop provided inside the pack. Level off the powder using the built-in leveller. Add the exact number of scoops of Aptamil stage 2 powder 400g to the water. 5. Stir well with the sterilised spoon until the powder is completely dissolved. Check the temperature on the inside of your wrist before feeding. Standard Dosage (6–12 months): Mix 4 level scoops (approx. 19g) in 120ml of lukewarm water. Feed 3-4 times a day, or as advised by your paediatrician, alongside solid foods. Pro Tip: Discard any leftover, unconsumed feed within 1 hour of preparation to prevent bacterial growth. Do not refrigerate and reuse.
