How to Prepare:

  1. Wash and Sterilise: Thoroughly wash your hands with soap and water. Sterilise the feeding bowl and spoon by boiling them in water for 5 minutes.
  2. Boil Water: Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes and allow it to cool to a lukewarm temperature (approx. 40°C).
  3. Measure Water: Pour the exact amount of lukewarm water into the sterilised bowl as directed by your paediatrician.
  4. Add Powder: Use only the scoop provided inside the pack. Level off the powder using the back of a clean, dry knife. Add the prescribed number of scoops to the water.
  5. Mix Thoroughly: Stir briskly with the sterilised spoon until the powder is completely dissolved. Test the temperature on your wrist before feeding.

Standard Dosage for 18-24 Months: 4 level scoops (approx. 30g) mixed with 200 ml of lukewarm water, 2 to 3 times a day, or as advised by your paediatrician.

Pro Tip: Discard any leftover, unconsumed feed within half an hour to prevent bacterial growth. Do not reheat the formula.
